Members

Upon registration as a member of the Personnel Society PV InTerContact, you accept that we:

  1. Keep a record of the following personal credentials to execute administrative procedures: first name, last name, prefix, address, postal code, city, country, email address, membership, and payment status
  2. Inform you about and invite you to participate in activities through email or direct mail

If you are employed by the University of Twente, you accept that we share the essential information with the University of Twente for the monthly deduction of the contribution fee from your salary. We do not share your personal information with anyone else, except when the organisation and execution of an activity require us to share parts of it with other participants in that activity.

We will treat your credentials, stored in a secure database, with the highest respect. We will use Pronuntio to communicate with our members. If you do not (want to) receive emails, you have to submit your preferences in writing to the secretariat.

Participants in activities

Participating in PVI activities generally means you accept publication of your participation and photos/videos in articles on our website and on other social media. Participants can (also afterwards) request that the secretariat remove specific photos/videos and/or references in articles in which they can be uniquely identified. Please provide the specific URL to the photo/video or the title and paragraph of the article.
