The first draft of the Gender Equality Plan of the Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) is prepared by academic and non-academic staff involved in the EO4all ingenuity project.
The project team utilised strategies and recommendations of the two leading policy processes and documents, namely Gender Equality Plan of the European Commission and Gender Equality Plan of the University of Twente, to tailor a Gender Equality Plan for the faculty.
The document is expected to be updated regularly based on ITC community feedback and ITC human resources advice.
