Information for Dutch university and HBO students and for international students.
ADMISSION FOR UT BACHELOR'S STUDENTS
Several technical UT Bachelor's programmes that are closely related to the IDE Bachelor’s programme provide admission to the Master's IDE if a standard pre-Master's programme of maximum 30 EC is successfully completed within 12 months. It is also possible to follow the IDE pre-Master's programme as a minor.
The list below shows which UT Bachelor's programmes grant admission to the IDE Master's programme after successfully completing the standard pre-Master's programme.
- Advanced Technology
- Biomedical Engineering
- Creative Technology
- Industrial Engineering & Management
- Mechanical Engineering
You can find the pre-Master's courses per programme's under the heading "Study progammes for UT Bachelor's".
If you have completed a UT Bachelor’s programme from another programme that is not listed here, such as University College Twente (ATLAS), there may also be possibilities to transfer to the IDE Master’s programme. However, your pre-Master's programme will be more complicated and will usually not fit in two quartiles. For more information, please contact the pre-Master Coordinator IDE (premastercoordinator-et@utwente.nl). - Study programmes for UT Bachelor's
