Enrolments and grades
I forgot to enrol myself, what should I do?
If you have forgotten to enrol yourself please use the following form in order to request your manual enrolment. Do not try to enrol yourself via your teacher.
Please be aware that the processing can take up to 2 weeks and only contact honours@utwente.nl after you can see that you are still not enrolled after 2 weeks.
I get an error that I cannot enrol myself to the next course in my track, what should I do?
In case you get an error that you cannot enrol yourself to the next course in your track curriculum, please check first if your Osiris Progress Page lists the honours examination program (see picture below):
The circle indicated by the red arrow should list all the EC's that you have earned by completing past honours courses. In case your examination program exists (so you can see a similar honours view as the one indicated by a red border in the above picture) please contact honours@utwente.nl with a screen shot of your progress page and a description of your current track.
If your examination program does not exist please use the following form such that we can enrol you not only to the course but also the correct track examination programme (please check the question related to the examination programme!)
It seems that I am missing a grade, what should I do?
If you see that a course you have already completed is not yet registered in Osiris please follow the following steps:
1. Make sure that it is indeed only you or a handful of students that did not yet receive their grade (it could be that the teacher takes a bit longer than expected to finish his grading).
2. Make sure that you are/were enrolled in the course and that you can see that enrolment in your honours examination program (see picture below). In case you cannot see your examination program or see that you are not enrolled to the course please refer to the "I get an error that I cannot enrol myself to the next course in my track, what should I do?" FAQ.
3. If you do have an examination program and you are enrolled to the course please send an email to honours@utwente.nl and CC the teacher of your course such that we can manually register your grade.
