Rubber Technology Seminar

Another great edition of the Rubber Technology Course has come to an end!

From 22 till 26 June 2026, participants from industry and academia joined us for an intensive program covering key aspects of elastomer technology, while exchanging knowledge, experiences, and ideas.

A big thank you to all lecturers for sharing their expertise and to all participants for their enthusiasm, engagement, and valuable contributions throughout the week.

It was a pleasure to bring together professionals from across the rubber community for a week of learning, discussion, and knowledge exchange.

Thank you all for making the Rubber Technology Course 2026 a success!

Course structure

Rubber technology is an intensive seminar given by experts from the University of Twente and from the industry. An extended tour of the laboratories of the Elastomer Technology and Engineering chair at the faculty of Engineering Technology is included. Case studies are used to discuss the application in the company environment. There are plenty of opportunities provided for discussion of theoretical and practical aspects with the lecturers. Also, the participants can obtain advice from the University of Twente after the seminar.

Speakers

All speakers are experts with very long experience in their fields, and they gained their expertise either in industry or academia.
