Welcome to Ben Willetts, a postdoctoral researcher that joined the Radio Systems group on the 1st of May.
Ben obtained a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2018 from University of Birmingham for research focusing on electromagnetic scattering, radar signal processing and radar detection theory. He then continued to research electromagnetic sensing at University College London between 2019-2020 where the research topic was passive bistatic radar. Ben recently started a postdoctoral research position at the University of Twente and the research at UT will focus on using phased array transceivers to perform sensing and communication simultaneously.
