Dr. Ghayoor Gillani a former PhD candidate of the University of Twente won the Best Poster Prize in the DATE 21 PhD forum. During his PhD Ghayoor and his supervisor, André Kokkeler, investigated the application of approximate computing to achieve hardware efficiency.You can access his thesis entitled, "Exploiting Error Resilience for Hardware Efficiency: Targeting Iterative and Accumulation Based Algorithms" from here. Dr. Gillani is currently a researcher/lecturer in Saxion University of Applied Science. |
