On Thursday, May 11, 2023, our dear colleague Hans Scholten went into retirement.
Hans has been an integral part of PS since its inception. The wisdom and knowledge he brought into the group has been unparalleled and has inspired many researchers. Apart from research, his educational activities drove students to solve real world problems using creative technology. Hans is an explorer and his travel stories are always an interesting point of conversation whenever we bump into him. His journey is an inspiration to all of us at PS and we will miss him around. We wish Hans a happy and enjoyable time with his family and loved ones.
