This Interaction Lab 101 workshop will be about how to design good behavior change applications. Behavior change applications can target anything from doing more physical activity to improving sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, etc. This ties in well with the Interaction Lab’s New Year resolution theme at the beginning of 2024. The speaker, Armagan Karahanoglu will first provide a short introduction into design principles for creating effective behavior change apps. The practical part of this workshop is lo-fi paper prototyping improvements for flawed behavior change apps.
