On March 30, 2022, the student association Scintilla organized a festive event around the Teacher of the Year award for Electrical Engineering. The annual award has been renamed TESLA: Talented, Encouraging and Splendid Lecturer Award.
IDS chair Jurriaan Schmitz won the TESLA 2022. He was delighted to recieve this honourable prize. The award this year had the theme "a personal touch"and for that reason the prize came with a personalized gift in the form of a large colection of goodies for Jurriaans vegetable garden. Let it grow!
