On June 8th, Satadal Dutta presented his latest results on optical communication within an industrial CMOS chip at the CLEO conference in San Jose. His contribution was entitled “An integrated optical link in 140 nm SOI technology” and details work carried out in cooperation with NXP Semiconductors and researchers of the IC Design group. The Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics (CLEO) is the premier international forum for scientific and technical optics.
