Registration | EuroNanoLab Dry Etch Expert School 2026

The registration fee for the 2nd Dry Etch Expert School of EuroNanoLab is € 300,- for EuroNanoLab members and € 350,- for non-EuroNanoLab academics. The fee for industrial participants is € 450,-. Registration deadline is 1 May 2026

This registration fee includes:

Access to the event at the Taguspark campus of Instituto Superior Técnico;
Coffee/tea/soft drinks;
Extensive lunch buffets;
One conference dinner;
One poster session with cocktail party.

The hotel room is not included in the fee and needs to be arranged personally. Please see our recommended hotels.

Payment and invoice administration is taken care of by Delft Congress Support B.V. This is the company name on the invoice and on the bank statement. Your registration receipt will be e-mailed as an attachment to the e-mail confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.

Photo policy

During the EuroNanoLab Dry Etch Expert School, pictures and videos might be taken. These can be used in promotion for next edition, evaluation documents or be posted on social media. Your consent will be requested in the registration form.
