‘Student Flowers’ Computer Science presented to Jip Spel
Every quarter the educational committee of Computer Science presents a bouquet of flowers to a student that has shown outstanding motivation or dedication or positively contributed in surprising ways.
Recently another student flowers computer science has been presented. The flowers were presented to Jip Spel, a Master student Computer Science (MTV). Jip was nominated by Mariëlle Stoelinga, because of her broad interests and good study results, and in particular because of her active participation in various public outreach activities, such as a workshop programming in Scratch during the Makerfestival, and a workshop breaking secret codes during the UT’s Open Day.
