Rule 8.1
The third round of the competition consists of constructing all-time-best solutions to the instances in XHSTT-ITC2011-hidden. Hence constraints of the types AvoidSplitAssignmentsConstraint and LimitWorkloadConstraint are excluded. For this round of the competition there are no time or technology restrictions. The submitted solution group (to all instances in the archive) should be in the XHSTT format, and are validated by the evaluator HSEval.
Rule 8.2
The winner is the participant with the best average rank score over all instances in XHSTT-ITC2011-hidden. Note that for contributors the own contributed instances are excluded. In case of ties the prize is split.
