The rules consist of four sections. Rules 1 to 5 concern general rules of the competition.
Rules 6.1 to 6.3 concern the first round of the competition.
Rules 7.1 to 7.6 concern the second round of the competition.
Rules 8.1 and 8.2 concern the third round of the competition.
