This will be a presentation about the basics of social media. In the workshop the following topics will be discussed: How do you choose your channel (strengths and weaknesses per channel), what is the basic idea of social media (interaction), which channels aim at which target groups, what does using social media entail (writing / photography skills to make suitable content, amount of time to invest in the long run, etc.), how to use social media effectively (insights from metrics).
