RE-SAMPLE Project showcased at HOPE Agora 2025

On 13 June, during the HOPE Agora event in Vienna, RE-SAMPLE project coordinators Monique Tabak (Project Coordinator), Serge Autexier (Technical Coordinator), and Anke Lenferink (Clinical Coordinator) took the stage to present the project's key results to participants of the HOPE Exchange Programme.

Guided by the story of Maria, one of RE-SAMPLE’s fictional patients, they brought the project to life sharing its major achievements, real-world impact, and how its innovative tools support patients with COPD and complex chronic conditions. The audience got a glimpse into the future of personalised healthcare through RE-SAMPLE’s unique, patient-centered approach.
