The Programme

The program consists of three modules that make up a learning journey: ‘Me as a Leader’, ‘Me in the Organisation’, and ‘Me in the World’. You work with the themes: regenerative leadership, future thinking and narrative work - supplemented by reflection, group dialogues, practical assignments and creative work forms:

Module ‘I as a leader’:
You playfully and profoundly explore your own values, your vision of sustainability, and how to deal with uncertainty. You reflect on this through refreshing and sometimes confrontational perspectives and transform your own story so that you can act more powerfully and agile from your inner compass in complex situations.

Module ‘Me in the organisation’:
You explore the values, sustainability vision and stories within your work context. You analyse and experience how these relate to your way of being in the world. You identify clashing perspectives, opportunities and beckoning futures to create regenerative change in your organisation or community.

Module “Me in the World”:
You place your personal story (Module 1) and organisational story (Module 2) in the context of broader societal and ecological visions of sustainability and systems change. You experience the difference between regenerative and conventional ways of seeing and acting. You explore how you can contribute meaningfully to system change from your unique role in the bigger picture.
