On the left building regulation —a Lego version of the superlattice structure made by Pulsed Laser Deposition. The base constitutes the substrate, including the SrRuO3 electrode, and the Lego wall is made of layers of three different bricks: SrTiO3 (red), BaTiO3 (yellow) and CaTiO3 (blue). These artificial materials can have favourable properties or even complete new ones.
