Our Privacy and Security Awareness Training is designed to raise awareness among employees about digital threats and provide them with the knowledge and skills needed to protect themselves and the university from potential risks. The training consists of various modules covering topics such as data protection, safe internet usage, and cybersecurity practices.
During the training, we cover topics including data protection, phishing attacks, secure social networking, password management, knowledge security, and multi-factor authentication. It is our collective responsibility to enhance our knowledge and awareness and to keep the UT's IT services and data secure.
How to Participate?
To participate in the training, follow these simple steps:

- Follow the instructions: Upon clicking the link, you will be redirected to the (secured) platform where the training takes place. Follow the instructions there to access the modules and complete the training.
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate. You have a total of three months to complete the training. Almost every module can be taken in both Dutch and English, some are only available in English.
