To shatter this façade, they must confront the harsh reality underlying the ideological illusion and lead an uprising despite possible setbacks. The members explore their talents and contribute to the dynamic choreography that propels the show's storyline. "Breaking the Illusion" is not just about dance; it is about challenging perceptions, embracing authenticity and encouraging resilience in the face of adversity. Through this show, Break-Even invites spectators to join them on their journey of self-discovery, empowerment and rebellion against the status quo and a conforming society.
The hip-hop and breakdance club of the University of Twente. At Break-Even, members get the chance to hone their dance skills, express themselves freely and be part of a close-knit community. Members of all levels can explore and develop their talents under the guidance of experienced mentors and instructors.
