Course materials will be provided during the training.
Employees who communicate with customers on a daily basis.
The participants will experience eye openers that will help them too communicate more effectively with their customers.
They will understand the impact of their way of communication and will see new possibilities to change a conversation.
We will work on
· Positive language use
· The impact of questions
· How your behavior influences the behavior of your client
· How to approach different personalities
· How to deal with dissatisfied clients
· How to say No in a correct manner
