EXTRA PRACTICE
During the coach training you will practice your skills through coaching two to three Honours students during their last quartile in the Process of Change (BSc) or Change Leaders Program (MSc) Honours Programmes. Experience has shown that this is an effective way to develop and master your skills. Your efforts will be highly appreciated by the students as the evaluations of previous years Honours student cohorts have shown consistently. Next to the training, you will also partake in intervision and supervision sessions.
