We are living in a rapidly changing world. With the current turbulent times, the challenges for our organisation and all employees are big.
How do we, as leaders in this organisation deal with this uncertainty and unpredictability? These times call for a vision on change, agility and long-term purposeful choices. It takes courage to start working on a future of which we are not sure how it will turn out.
To support you as a leader in this challenge, we offer a leadership development program where you can learn hands-on what change is, take action and what tools you can use. To pay attention for what it will ask of you as a leader, your team and offer peer to peer support.
During the whole program you will work and reflect on your own cases to translate the obtain knowledge directly into practice.
- You will understand the organisational issues involved in this change and recognize the phases you and your team will go through.
- Learn to identify your own challenge and to formulate concrete goals
- This knowledge enables you to clearly analyse situations, plan interventions more effectively, begin with thoughtful consideration, and focus on the well-being of both yourself and your team
This program consists of six parts: an initial day, a final day, and two half-day sessions in between. Before the training, you will submit your learning questions via an intake form (upon registration). During the course, there are two scheduled peer review sessions, and after the course, you'll meet with your peer group to continue independently. The aim is to keep learning collectively in small groups and stay in dialogue with your peers.
