In the past four years, great steps have been made to embed the mindset of Recognition and Rewards, with a focus on academics, in our University. Now we want to take this a step further and get ideas on what Recognition & Rewards means for our supporting staff at UT.
Therefore, we are organising a third Recognition and Rewards Talkshow, this time especially for support staff on Tuesday 25 June 2024 from 13.45 until 16.30 hrs in The Learning & Teaching Lab (Citadel, room T300).
It doesn't matter what kind of support role you have. From supervisor, security guard, to management assistant, advisor and functional administrator, everyone is invited so that we can gather as many perspectives as possible.

During the talk show, we will discuss in small groups what Recognition and Rewards mean to you. Together we will explore the current situation and what is needed to further shape Recognition and Rewards for support staff at UT. We are curious to find out which concrete actions are needed and which obstacles perhaps stand in the way.
