The participants will experience eye openers that will help them to communicate more effectively with their customers. They will understand the impact of their way of communication and will see new possibilities to change a conversation.
We will work on:
- Positive language use
- The impact of questions
- How your behavior influences the behavior of your client
- How to approach different personalities
- How to deal with dissatisfied clients
- How to say No in a correct manner
The course will be in English when one or more participants are English speaking.
This is also a good way to train your English. However if you think this is too difficult for you, the trainer is Dutch so she can help you.
