You will be competent in determining the added value of peer feedback to your teaching. You have developed an idea, including an initial outline, on how to implement peer feedback in your course.

content

During the training, knowledge about the benefits and pitfalls of peer feedback will be discussed and developed. You are helped to determine if and how peer feedback can be of use to your teaching. You will also develop skills to create peer feedback assignments suitable for your teaching context.

-Exercises to practice with peer feedback

-Individual reflection moments after the course.

admission criteria

Experience in teaching (no minimal experience required).

This training is part of a research on the effectiveness of training teachers on peer feedback to increase motivation to use peer feedback. Additional time for taking part in the research will be approximately 15 minutes.

It would be very helpful if you are willing to participate. During the preparation more information about the research will be provided. You can withdraw from the research during the training or take part in the training without being part of the research.
