The workshop Personal Branding and Pitching deals with the gentle art of selling yourself as a distinctive researcher in a competitive environment.
The main objective of this program is to provide postdocs with the necessary knowledge and skills to present themselves as a personal brand in their field of interest.
Cees Harmsen will start with the relevance of convincing and authentic branding an communication of your own talent and research. Awareness, opportunities and own initiative are the focus of this training. The training will be based on UT2020's corporate story and core values. After the training, the researcher will be able to start with his personal story.
