Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters are prestigious international Masters, jointly designed and delivered by a group of partner institutions in the EU. The funding scheme aims to foster excellence and worldwide internationalisation of higher education institutions via study programmes at Master course level.

The MESD programme highlighted in this session is the Master in Membrane Engineering for Sustainable Development, an advanced education programme related to membrane science and engineering at the interface between material science and chemical engineering and focused on specific applicable fields: Energy, Food, Bio and Health, and Water. The programme involves cooperation between seven higher education institutions and three associated partners, with the Université de Montpellier (France), as the coordinating organisation.
