Mindfulness Course

For students who worry a lot, suffer from fear of failure, fear of examination, perfectionism, fear of being judged, stress or feeling down.

In vain you try to solve your emotional problems with your thinking. You demand too much from yourself and you feel your life is determined by your busy schedule. Maybe you have physical complaints on top.

8 meetings from maximum 2,5 hours with assignments between meetings  

Wednesday 10.00 - 12.30  15, 22, 29 September and 6, 13, 20 and 27 October 2021. 8th meeting date will be scheduled in consultation with the group.
Due to Covid 19 this course will be held online

Minimum: 4 students, maximum: 8 students
A preliminary interview with a students' psychologists is necessary. 

Participation is free of charge

When international participants attend, the course will be given in English
