Mindfulness Course

For students who worry a lot, suffer from fear of failure, fear of examination, perfectionism, fear of being judged, stress or feeling down.

In vain you try to solve your emotional problems with your thinking. You demand too much from yourself and you feel your life is determined by your busy schedule. Maybe you have physical complaints on top.

Training duration
8 meetings from maximum 2,5 hours with assignments between meetings  

Every Monday 13.15 - 15.45 hrs
9, 16, 23, 30 September, 7, 14, 21 and (with reservation) 28 October 2019

If all participants speak Dutch the course will be given in Dutch. If international participants attend the course will be given in English.
