Voice Training

Do you think you speak too softly or do you hear from others that you speak unclearly? Do you want to be less nervous during a presentation or to present more effectively? Do you have regular problems with your voice? All of these topics and more will be addressed in the workshop ‘voice training’. The trainer is a speech therapist familiar with the work of lecturers in Higher education

The participants largely determine the content of the workshop. Components of the program include:

After this workshop you will be more aware of your own use of your voice and you’ll have practiced some techniques for improvement.

    Faculty departments pay an annual fee, so you do not pay yourself. You need permission from your head of department and a project number.   • Trainers

    Dr. Margarita Jeliazkova. She is a teacher, researcher, and politician, with a background in philosophy and political science. In addition, she is a trained classical singer. Margarita offers this training based on over 30 years of academic experience, including 10 years of experience in training and coaching teachers and over 10 years of experience as a voice teacher. She regularly gives workshops to university teachers, teacher trainees, and young researchers. Margarita also coaches teachers and other professional speakers in using their voices more effectively and with less strain, to avoid fatigue and voice abuse.
