As TELT (Technology Enhanced Learning & Teaching) team we are aware that our capabilities and expertise are not always known to our teaching staff. Therefore we are organizing a series of activities on our campus in the coming months to present our services better to our teaching community. This week we organized a so-called TELT exposition for the BMS faculty, also based on a specific request bij Henk Boer and the “onderwijscoördinatoren” of this faculty. So, today we were present in the atrium of the Ravelijn building during lunch time.
We created a small exposition of our current activities (see photo). There we shared findings from recent pilot projects, as well as the services we can provide to lectureres. We had a nice turnout today of about 15 lecturers from the BMS faculty, that were really interested in our expertise. We had some very interesting discussions with the lecturers on subjects like digital assessment, open education and video. There are quite a few action points that we will act upon shortly.
For us, this TELT exposition was a success. We will surely keep organizing these kind of activities!
