Welcome to the first edition of The Teaching Times! Education and research are UT’s two mainstreams for delivering value to society. Through education, we deliver a continuous stream of graduates that help create the world of the future. Therefore, creating a news channel to support the education community at the UT is one natural step.
This newsletter is the result of a collaboration between the department of CELT and the TELT team. In every edition, you will be informed about and inspired by the educational initiatives taken by UT staff. Good teaching practices, improvements in teacher professionalization, actions to improve educational quality, and achievements from educational innovation are some of the topics covered here. Finally, you are also invited to contact our editorial board if you have any suggestions for news to be covered.
