This form is only applicable for ME UT students, not for ME UT VU students.
Rule 9.2 of the Rules and Regulations of the examination board of Mechanical Engineering states:
A student is allowed to have a in Osiris registered grade of 5.0 - 5.4 for one study unit or part of a study unit, not being a project, in the first year. In addition, a student is allowed to have a grade of 5.0 - 5.4 for one study unit or part of a study unit, not being a project, in the second year or for UT ME study units ‘Statistics’ or ‘Introduction to Finite Element Method’ of the third year.
This form can be used to apply for the official registration in Osiris of the 5.0 - 5.4 you want to keep. Registration can only be done when all other study units of the B1 or B2/M11 (Statistics & iFEM) are completed (passed) and cannot be changed anymore. We will register it in Osiris, this will be visible as C5 and the ec's of the study unit will be granted.
Note: C5 registration is not required for the BSA, we count these credits manually. The (highest) credits of the grade between 5.0 and 5.4 will automatically count for your (extended) BSA.
