As a Cyber Resilient Teams & Organizations Thesis Intern you are embedded at the crossroad of Cyber Security and Talent & Organization departments, collectively known as the CRTO team. You will do research about a topic and write your thesis during the period of 4-6 months and will do so in one of the fastest growing business areas at the intersection of Cyber Security and the Human. For example, stimulating the behavior of a group of individuals within an organization to make them more Cyber Resilient within Virtual Reality environments. Or investigating the psychological group dynamics during a Cyber Crisis focusing on the employee or the entire workforce – to provide you with some ideas as a starting point.
Your team
The team within the CRTO team is very diverse and ranges from junior consultants to senior managers who have gained knowledge from various Cyber Security & Talent & Organization (enterprise) projects. The CRTO team consists of approximately 30 consultants. There is also ample opportunity to meet other colleagues from the Cyber Security department as well as colleagues from the Talent & Organization department, outside of the CRTO team.
Your background
- Master student who is enrolled in an university during the whole length of the thesis in psychology that has affinity with psychological aspect within cyber security;
- You are writing your thesis and are available for a period of 4-6 months;
- Language: English (and preferably also Dutch, but not required);
- Eager to learn and able to solve complex issues;
- Excellent communications skills;
- Self-starter, independent worker, you take responsibility and are proactive
