Negotiation project Twente
The Negotiation Project Twente (NPT) is a non-profit organization connected to the University of Twente in Enschede, The Netherlands. The NPT was set-up by colleagues from the Technology, Management and Innovation department within BMS. NPT strives to teach valuable negotiation and communication skills to students (you!) and organizations. The team represents the UT in global negotiation tournaments (Negotiation challenge, Warsaw negotiation round, Global negotiation conference). In the beginning of the academic year, the team is always searching for new students interested in negotiation to join their team. Project gerede twijfel (in Dutch only)
Het Project Gerede Twijfel wordt georganiseerd door het Amsterdam Laboratory for Legal Psychology (VU Amsterdam) en is bestemd voor enthousiaste masterstudenten. In het project doen studenten onderzoek naar een strafzaak waarin wordt beweerd dat de veroordeelde onschuldig is, om inzicht te krijgen in de mechanismen die daaraan ten grondslag liggen. Dat inzicht kan behulpzaam zijn bij het verbeteren van opsporing door de politie en besluitvorming door het Openbaar Ministerie en de rechter. Zie bijvoorbeeld de zaken De zes van Breda en De Rosmalense flatmoord. In het begin van en halverwege het academisch jaar (rond oktober, januari) zoeken ze altijd nieuwe masterstudenten.
