master thesis assignments within the dutch bureau for driver’s licenses (dutch: cbr)

IN COOPERATION WITH SISWA HEIKOOP AT CBR

Most people know the CBR as the place to go to when you want to obtain your driver’s license. However, CBR has a lot more responsibilities. For example, the CBR is also responsible for the development and administration of a wide range of other exam products (e.g., inland shipping, private and professional aviation, taxi, freight and passenger transport by road), setting up and running research projects, and it is involved in several innovative developments.

ORGANIZATION

The organization that hosts the assignments is the CBR in Rijswijk. It is possible for the intern/graduation student to work on location.

The contact person and supervisor within the CBR is Siswa Heikoop-van Riesen. She studied Educational Psychology (then: Learning Sciences) at the UT. Hereafter she completed her PhD under the supervision of Ton de Jong and Hannie Gijlers.

Siswa will be the main supervisor of students that will join the CBR. Depending on the project that students will contribute to, additional employees of the CBR will play a role in the supervision.
