Event Is For Green

The upcoming workshop "IS Research for Green: From Conversation to Action" is jointly organized by SIG Green and SIG DITE. The event will take place at TBS Education in Paris on May 31st, 2024, and aims to unite scholars to explore two critical dimensions: enabling research and fostering a green IS community. As the practice of environmental sustainability gains prominence, the participants will delve into how digital technologies can actively contribute to addressing challenges posed by climate change. Call for Emerging Research Presentations: The emerging research presentations of max. 10 minutes each will offer a platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and discussions on the evolving role of IS in contributing to environmental sustainability. The topics should be around the design, implementation, and adoption of IT for environmental sustainability and the environmental sustainability of IS practices. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with leading scholars, practitioners, and experts in the field. Submission Deadline: 01.03.2024 EXTENDED to 06.03.2024
