Registration

The registration fees cover the publication fee conference reception, warm drinks and lunch during the conference days, the conference dinner and the social event. 

In cases when your payment failed, please inform us at ihci-conference-bms@utwente.nl.

If none of the availableoptuions for payment work, we can provide an invoice. 

Full refunds are possible 2 months prior to the conference. After that, only partial refunds are possible (half and quarter of the fee, for month to two weeks form the conference respectively). One week prior to the conference is not possible to get a refun.
