Last week many colleagues of the HRM group attended the Dutch HRM Network Conference in Tilburg. The conference was preceded by a doctoral consortium organized by PhD Network pHResh. PhD students from a large number of countries were active in all kinds of sessions: a key-note about societal impact by prof. Bram Steijn, workshops, present-your-own-research, working on company cases, and of course the PhD dinner with pub quiz.
During the two days of conference the HRM group chaired the track Digitalization of HR(M), innovation and the future of jobs, which was the largest track with 5 sessions and 23 paper presentations. Furthermore, during the conference dinner Dr. Maarten Renkema was awarded with the best dissertation award of the Dutch HRM Network. Last but not least, at the closure of the conference we were happy to announce that the next conference by the Dutch HRM Network will take place in 2021 at the University of Twente.
