Luuk Collou started his PhD research at the department of Human Resource Management of the University of Twente in May 2015. His research concerns the effects of aligned HRM systems in small and medium sized enterprises on employee behaviour and the design of a serious game for strategic human resource management. This project titled “The design of a strategic human resource management serious game” is a collaboration between Saxion university of applied sciences and university Twente. The supervisor of this project are Prof. dr. Tanya Bondarouk, dr. Maarten van Riemsdijk and dr. Guido Bruinsma.
After obtaining his bachelor human resource management from Saxion University for Applied Sciences on ethical leadership in the banking sector, Luuk received his master of science business administration from the University of Twente on the strategic value of electronic human resource management.
Luuk has worked as a researcher and lecturer at Saxion for two years, studied Sociology at the state university New York at Albany and is one of the teachers of the UT summerschool.
