Luuk Collou conducted his PhD research at the department of Human Resource Management of the University of Twente (May 2016 – June 2020). His research concerned the effects of aligned HRM systems in small and medium sized enterprises on employee behaviour, and the design of a serious game for Strategic HRM. Main findings of this doctoral research included design of a theoretical and empirical grounded simulation model and serious game. This project was a collaboration between Saxion university of applied sciences and university Twente, under supervision of Prof. dr. Tanya Bondarouk, dr. Maarten van Riemsdijk and dr. Guido Bruinsma.
Currently, Luuk works as a researcher and lecturer at Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
