Functional review of the autonomy and funding of higher education in the republic of Kosovo
The project entails a functional review of the autonomy and funding of higher education in the republic of Kosovo in the framework of the ESIP project. Based on a literature review and interviews with multiple stakeholders from all Kosovar public universities, a private university, ministries (MEST, MinFin, Min Public Admin), the National Accreditation Council and the State Council of Quality, the report formulates recommendations for a further development towards more autonomous universities in Kosovo. The project is funded by the World Bank Group and runs from 2016-2017.
