PESHES: Development and implementation of a system for Performance Evaluation for Serbian Higher Education institutions and System

The project aims to Improve management, operation and quality of higher education institutions and system in Serbia. To fulfil the general objective, specific objectives include definition and implementation of indicators and measures for performance-based evaluation of higher education institutions and system, as a basis for value-based management in Serbian HEIs and system; Structuring and pilot implementation of a system for ranking of institutions and study programmes and Introduction of performance measurement in accreditation and reaccreditation of study programmes and HEIs.

PESHES is an Erasmus+ project led by the University of Belgrade, and includes ten partners from within and around Serbian higher education (public and private) as well as four international partners.

Its progress is documented on the project website of PESHES. It runs from 2016 - 2019.
