Description:

Researchers at the University of Twente developed a positive psychology app that aims to promote mental well-being. Recently, a randomized controlled trial in a large Dutch sample showed that this app, called TiP (Training in Positivity) is effective in improving mental health in people with mild anxiety and depressive symptoms in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Being a student can be challenging and mental health problems are common. This raised questions concerning the added value of the use of the TiP app for the mental health of students. Currently, the app is still in Dutch, therefore this app will be evaluated by Dutch students. But the interviews can be conducted in English, therefore, it is not a must to speak Dutch yourself 😊.
