On this website you will find the list of available bachelor thesis assignments offered by the specialization Positive Clinical Psychology and Technology.

If you choose an assignment in the Positive Clinical Psychology and Technology (PCPT) track:

Step 1: Make a top five of your options for assignments.

From Thursday January 16 to Tuesday January 21, 2025 you can fill in the online registration form (link below) and your five options. 

Step 2: Before February 3, 2025 you will receive an e-mail about the assignment you can start with and the supervisors assigned to you.

We will do our utmost best to take into account your preferred assignment when allocating assignments. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the assignment of your choice.

Step 3: After you have been informed by the coordinator about the assignment you can contact your supervisor to schedule the first meeting. The first meeting will be scheduled with all students on the same assignment.

Please note: Bachelor assignments on the website are provisional until January 16, 2025 and can be removed or altered.

Step 1:

Select which number of ECs applies to your situation. For students from the current cohort: 14 EC (standard thesis with 19 EC clinical internship) or 23 EC (large thesis with 10 EC research or educational internship). For students from previous cohorts: 10 EC (standard thesis with 20 EC clinical internship) or 30 EC (large thesis without an internship). In case you want to pursue a clinical internship, but have no confirmation yet, we recommend to choose the standard 14 EC thesis option. You can discuss the most recent status of your internship situation during the first meeting with your supervisor, and discuss how to extend the thesis to 23 EC if necessary.

□ 23 or 30 EC (large thesis)

Step 2:

Make a top five of your options for assignments with a maximum of 2 options per method stream. These streams are: 

  1. Literature Review
  2. Longitudinal Intensive Methods
  3. Qualitative research
  4. Text mining
  5. Other 

So, for example you can choose 2 assignments from stream 1, 2 from stream 4 and 2 from stream 5. Or you can choose 2 assignments from stream 1, and 1 from streams 2, 3, 4, and 5. Students from older cohorts who have to do a 10/30 EC thesis can select the 14/23 EC equivalent and inform their supervisors during the first thesis meeting that they are following the old program.

From 28 October - 1 November, 2024 you can fill in the online registration form (link below) and specify your five options. 

Step 3: You will receive an e-mail about the assignment you can start with and the supervisors assigned to you. We will do our utmost best to take into account your preferred assignment when allocating assignments. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the assignment of your choice.

Step 4: After you have been informed by the coordinator about the assignment you can contact your supervisor to schedule the first meeting.

Please note: Master assignments on the website are provisional until October 25th and can be removed or altered. From October 28th onwards, the list of assignments will be definitive.
