1st MESA+ NanoLab cleanroom user meeting 2017

Hereby we like to invite you for the 1st MESA+ NanoLab cleanroom user meeting. Goal of the meeting is interaction with fellow cleanroom users on your work experiences regarding activities in the NanoLab cleanroom, presenting research achievements of the past year and encouraging interaction among professors, researchers, students, and industry partners.
This informal meeting will take place on Thursday June 1st in the building Horst, C101 from 13.30 – 16.30 hrs. and will be closed with a BBQ (note: the cleanroom is closed in the afternoon of June 1st)!

You need to register for this meeting. 

The program is as follows:

13.30 – 14.00

Welcome with coffee/tea

14.00 – 14.15

Opening by Guus Rijnders (interim scientific director MESA+), Victor van der Chijs (president of the UT board) and Gerard Roelofs (head NanoLab cleanroom)

14.15 – 15.00

Short presentations (5-10 min.) by companies and selected cleanroom users

We also like to introduce an abstract book that everybody can use to exchange information about their use of the various cleanroom equipment within the various technology/fabrication platforms. More specific: what do you make/develop in the cleanroom, and which equipment/tools do you utilize for this (note: no detailed process info)? Therefore we kindly request you to provide us with this information by means of one A4-page. Please send your abstract to Deadline is Friday May 5th.

The abstract book will be provided to all of you during the cleanroom user meeting, and might be the source of new ideas or cooperations!
