The Female Faculty Network Twente is looking for new members to work with the Board. In the last years, the awareness towards Diversity, Inclusion and Equity has grown regionally, nationally and internationally, and our University is committed to support these efforts. We pursue our mission and build academic leadership for women at UT. We foster career development and promote diversity and inclusion, via engagement of our members, continuous information, and active networking. The vibrant environment around us calls for further commitment, we feel the need to expand our role and diversify our actions.
Are you the one?
We are looking for motivated scientific staff members ready to engage, willing to share ideas, enthusiasm and organisational skills, and take action with the Board.
For the Board members, activities consist of:
- Attending the Board meetings
- Contributing to the management of the FFNT network
- Organisation of FFNT events
- Communicating with members and stakeholders involved in discussions around diversity, equity and inclusion
- Sharing ideas on how to build female leadership within the University of Twente.
More ways to contribute
Besides board members, we are looking for colleagues willing to collaborate with us on specific actions and activities, as FFNT delegates or part of dedicated working groups.
FFNT provides the ideal platform to realise new ideas, engage with each other, and help fellow colleagues to achieve their full potential.
