JOIN THE WORKSHOP MAKE SHOPPER OF FELT & COWHIDE. YOU ARE COVERING A FELT BASED MODEL SHOPPER WITH A PIECE OF COW SKIN TO CHOOSE.
For the inside of the bag, you make a small wallet of felt. You can personalize your shopper with a piece of leather where you put your first name in capital letters. To style the bag you can also make a nice bag hanger: here you have a choice of a tassel hanger made of felt or leather stamped or a heart. Finally, you attach leather bag handles. The sewing is done by the supervisor of the workshop for you on an industrial sewing machine. This workshop is suitable for everyone: you don't have to be handy! The size of the shopper is 36x40x8 cm.
The workshop takes place:
- on Saturday 2 November
- from 2 to 5 p.m.
- at De Blije Naald store & workshops, De Klomp 89, 7511 DH Enschede.
PLEASE NOTE: There is parking space around the store, but this is paid parking. Up to 2 hours in front of the door and unlimited in the parking garages and surrounding streets. The bicycle can be parked in the garden at De Blije Naald.
Cost:
UT Kring members pay € 27.50 per person.
Introductions (1 per paying member) pay € 27.50 per person.
These costs include all materials, coffee/tea, soft drinks, and some treats.
