Making a bequest to the university fund’

YOUR LEGACY HAS A MAJOR IMPACT

Researchers at the University of Twente are at the basis of solving world problems. You can support young researchers by making a legacy to science. In doing so, you leave something special behind for the next generation.

WHAT IF? Even if you are no longer here, you can mean a lot to future generations at the University of Twente. By leaving a legacy to the UT, new generations of students can develop further and our research can make a valuable contribution to society.

Want to know more?

Would you like to know more about leaving a legacy or would you like to make an appointment without obligation about including the UT in your will? Then choose one of the following options:

Making a bequest to the university fund

You can leave a legacy to the Twente University Fund in two ways. By including a legacy for the University Fund in your will or by appointing the University Fund as (co-)heir.

TAX ASPECTS

The Twente University Fund is an ANBI Foundation and therefore does not owe inheritance tax. What you leave behind will therefore fully benefit the purpose of your choice. With your legacy, new generations of students at the University of Twente can continue to develop and in turn make a valuable contribution to society. With your contribution, our researchers can also start or complete research at an accelerated pace and thus make an important contribution to today's social challenges, including healthcare innovation.
