QUNOM and ATMOC Workshop 2023
The QUNOM Association (Quantification of Uncertainties in Nano Optical Metrology) supports the exchange of young scientiest in the field of nanometrology with the objective to increase interdiscipliinary collaboration from mathematics, physics and engineering.
PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt Nationales Metrologieinstitut) and the University of Twente are looking forward to hosting the upcoming QUNOM andATMOC Workshop in 2023.
Save the date for QUNOM 22-24 May 2023
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that the workshop on ‘Quantification of uncertainties in nano-metrology’ (QUNOM) will take place next year at the University of Twente in the Netherlands on Tuesday, 23rd of May 2023.
The workshop has 2 satellite meetings:
Monday, May 22nd tutorial on the determination of uncertainty for X-ray scatting analysis
Wednesday, May 24th satellite meeting, public outreach from ATMOC project: determination of optical constants from visible light to X-ray wavelength range
It will be possible to register for each meeting separately; the registration will be open soon.
We would be glad to welcome you to the University of Twente in May,
wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy 2023,
Igor Makhotkin, Sebastian Heidenreich (PTB) and Victor Soltwisch (PTB)
Kind regards,
